Sara worked with us for about a year and a half, at first three days a week and then once a week (due to our need changing). She was a nice companion for my mom, who although mostly independent needs someone around for some assistance. Sara was reliable and always arrived on time and ready to help. The entire time she worked with us, she missed one day for a migraine and let us know, so she was incredibly dependable. If her schedule changed, she gave us plenty of notice. Similarly, she was very flexible and understanding if our schedule changed and we needed to change hours or days. If she was available, she was always willing to move around her shift. Sara was very pleasant and comfortable to be around and did a nice job of making my mom comfortable, which was a big concern of ours, when we first looked into hiring someone. Sara was also willing to help with other tasks if we asked her. Our schedule has changed, making the need for a caregiver unnecessary so we ended our time with Sara, but we will certainly reach out if something changes.
