Hi there! I have been working with children in a variety of settings for over 15 years. I am a Bilingual Nanny (Spanish), Live Scanned, Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED Certified, Back Ground Checked & TB Test Cleared. I taught/ lead/assisted a karate class (ages 3-5). I have 6+years experience as a full time/part time nanny as well as live-in. My greatest honor in life has been assisting at a daycare where I got to meet so many amazing little humans. I view every day as an opportunity to learn something new, no matter age. That can include anything from motor-skills, reading, science projects, baking, emotional/social intelligence, etc. I thoroughly enjoy creating adventures with an educated twist: Disneyland, Raffi concerts, museums, or the Zoo for 12 hours! We hired Sara after traveling to California for a wedding from NJ. We needed someone to watch our 1 year old. Sara is a nanny and works at a daycare. She was amazing. We met her the first night while she watched our daughter while we attended a rehearsal dinner, and she also watched her in our hotel room while we went to the wedding. She is responsive, punctual, caring and was so great with our daughter. She brought toys and crafts, and was so sweet when dealing with our anxieties about leaving her with a stranger. Sara was also great interacting with our daughter who warmed up quickly to her. She sent pictures and kept us feeling comfortable the whole time. She also has excellent references we checked prior. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and wish she lived closer! Out of all the applicants we certainly picked the right one, she is fabulous. The process from start to finish was seamless and I can't recommend her enough.
