About Sara

Hi! I'm a current graduate student with five years of experience as a lead classroom teacher and over 10 years of childcare experience. I started babysitting children around my neighborhood when I was 12 years old, and when I was in high school I landed my first nannying job. Immediately after finishing my Bachelor's degree, I was hired as a middle school English teacher, which felt like a natural career path for me. Since then, I've worked with every age group, from children as young as 2 years old to high school seniors. Working with kids has always been a joyful, special experience for me, and it is a responsibility I take incredibly seriously. Having taught hundreds of children, I understand the importance of balancing structure and play, being a positive role model, and keeping safety as my number one priority.
