Santos was excellent in providing care for our Father. We requested her services to assist our father with transfers, bathroom assistance and getting in & out of bed. However, she provider additional services that we weren't expecting, like helping with meal preps, giving medicine doses, checking vital signs, showering and dressing. She was very knowledgeable and skilled at taking care of him. She also offered to be available for additional hours that we needed. She was very kind with our Mother and family. Our father passed shortly after she last helped us. If we had needed someone to assist with help again, we would have definitely hired her again. She was extremely patient, helpful and kind.
