Hi! I'm Sandy- I am a total cat person! I have 4 rescue kitties, 2 of which are now senior babes, and 1 that is diabetic- requiring insulin twice a day. I have had cats my whole life. I am available to stop by before work and feed your kitty/kitties, and then after playing with them, feeding, spoiling them, cleaning litter boxes, etc. I also will water plants, bring the mail in, feed the fish or gerbils, and keep things tidy. At this time I am limited in boarding - to my heated porch- which is large, at the back of the house, cozy, safe and secure (and where I read, have my coffee, and relax). Unfortunately, my cats don't take well to others in their primary living area. I do love dogs too and grew up in the country with labs and German shepherds. I'd be happy to walk your pup!

We called upon Sandy in an emergency when our reserved pet sitter didn't show up. We were already away on vacation so you can imagine our level of panic when we couldn't get back home to take care of our babies. Sandy responded to our posting on Care.com almost immediately and I had a good feeling about her. We texted back-and-forth for a while and then she took over. She did everything we asked her to do and above and beyond sending us pictures and updates to keep our anxiety low so we could enjoy our vacation. Sandy is a knowledgeable caretaker who can deal independently with issues as they arise. We will definitely hire her again.
