She scheduled an appointment and had to reschedule to be available to take someone home from the hospital..OK, we get that and appreciated her letting us know. She rescheduled for two days later at 4:15 pm on Tuesday. She texted at 2:17 pm that day to confirm. Good! But then at 4:19 pm (after the appointment time) she texted and said "that's too far for me to drive." I don't get it. You had the address when originally applied for job, again when scheduled for first appointment and then AFTER the scheduled appointment time, you text to say you can't drive 18 miles? Not dependable!
