I am a professional nanny with 6 years of nanny experience and 8 years childcare experience total . I love what I do and pride myself on my performance. I value structure and therefore like to adhere to a schedule and implement boundaries appropriate to the child's age . I believe in creating an environment where the child can learn independence as well as a strong focus on emotion regulation, as these tool sets are vital to optimal development for us all ! I can provide parents with helpful feedback and techniques to help with troublesome areas as I am also a parenting coach . Nutrition is also very important so I encourage a well balanced diet and healthy snacking ! I am not reliant on a screen time ( although for children of age , this can serve as a reward ).
