In my years as a care taker in Germany and America, I was a companion, aid and assistant to patients that were disabled and or who dealt with Lou Gehrigs disease and COPD. *Transferring patient from bed to wheel chair or shower. *Dressing, bathing, helping with dentures, diaper changing, shaving and hair cuts. Mani- and Pedicure. *Light housekeeping, laundry and ironing, preparing meals, change bed linens. Sweep, mop and vacuum floors. *Give oral medications under doctors orders. Work with oxygen tanks and Nebulizer. Physical and mental exercise. Administer and remove condom catheter. Glucose test and administer insulin shot. Work with Flexi touch System ( Compression device) . Hoyer lift. *Organize mail, run errands and doctors appointments.
