Hi, I'm Sandy! I'm a mom of five, ages 16-29, and an experienced, compassionate caregiver. I have five years of professional experience supporting older adults with Autism, Alzheimer's, dementia, MS, schizophrenia, mobility limitations, and other complex needs. My experience includes personal care, bathing, mobility assistance, medication support, transportation to medical appointments, companionship, and communication with families. I also have many years of childcare experience, from infants through teens, as well as experience supporting teens and young adults with special needs. I bring 32 years of experience in holistic wellness as a certified massage therapist, yoga and meditation instructor, holistic wellness coach, herbalist, aromatherapist, & Reiki practitioner. I'm CPR/First Aid certified with a clean driving record. I'm dependable, trustworthy, patient, and compassionate, while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
