Before moving to New Jersey I used to live in Florida where I worked with adolescents and children with special needs for a year. For the past 10 and I have been working as a head teacher at a Daycare Center in Clifton New Jersey. In the eight years of experience I have in childcare I have been responsible and more than capable of everything that has to do with potty training, meal prep, learning development, nap times, outside time, arts and craft, lesson plans, and always keeping a clean, safe, and friendly environment where kids can grow and develop

Sandra takes her role as caretaker seriously. She is responsible and nurturing. She has cared for my 6 month old for two month and has become part of the family. She helps me keep his routine. I work from home and struggle keeping his meals prepared; fortunately, Sandra has learned the foods that normally I would make him to proactively do them herself. She has incredible knowledge of children and babies. I didn't have to train her; Sandra hit the ground running and learned the little things that make my baby go to sleep, smile and be happy. She is a blessing!
