About Sandi

Hi! Thanks for visiting my profile. I have over 30 years of experience in childcare. Some of my most notable positions include working in preschool special education classrooms, being a nanny for multiple families, and successfully running an in-home daycare.I have extensive experience with kids on the autism spectrum, as well as with typically developing children. I have also worked with kids with physical disabilities and limitations. Some of my favorite things to do with children are reading books, making arts and crafts, visiting local attractions, like the St. Louis Zoo and Science Center, and encouraging child-directed imaginative play. About me: I am married and have three kids and four grandchildren. I have two dogs and a cat of my own, so I'm comfortable with pets. Some of my own interests include reading and spending time with my family. I don't smoke and have my own reliable transportation. In addition to childcare, I provide meal preparation, school pick-ups and drop-off.
