I am an Certified Nursing Assistant that is experienced with providing care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities for over 14 years. I'd describe my personality as uplifting, personable, and goal oriented. I enjoy working with the elderly and individuals with disabilities because it gives me the opportunity to service and advocate for a population of people who often times, are unable to express their needs and concerns. I'm looking for a job that aligns with my desires of being a home care nurse. I'm experienced with providing care for both the elderly and individuals with disabilities in facilities such as hospitals, long term homes and homes for adults with disabilities. There, I was able to provide care for clients that was needed. I value open lines of communication and encourage healthy client- provider relationships. My skills include knowledge of medical necessities, completion of daily care/ tasks, nutrition and wellness.
