I speak English and Spanish. 7+ years of experience working with young people of all ages. Worked in 2 Boston Public Schools with ESL and all subjects. Have paid experience teaching kid's yoga and mindfulness. Background in Psychology, Social Work, and Sociology. Have worked with children and teenagers with disabilities, behavioral challenges, medical needs, and who have recently immigrated. Happy to assist with house needs, such as cleaning and cooking-- and with children's schoolwork, after-school activities like sports, and with general academics, particularly writing skills.
