About Sam

Hi! My names Sam and I live in Red Hook Brooklyn. I am an artist, preschool teachers assistant, and babysitter. I currently work in the early childhood department at the Brooklyn Heights Montessori School and am an early childhood education graduate student at Hunter College. I have an undergraduate degree in fine arts from SAIC and am CPR certified. I have 3 years of teaching and babysitting experience with children aged pre-k through high school (one year of which as an elementary school art teacher). I grew up in New York City so I have a great understanding of the subway system and how to get children to and from activities in a safe and timely manner. My favorite things are running, painting, reading, and meditation! I am looking for a temporary morning or evening babysitting job for while I complete my summer graduate school courses.
