I have been caring for children since I was 13 years old and have gained experience working with many different age groups, personalities, and needs over the years. Childcare has always come naturally to me because I genuinely enjoy creating positive, safe, and supportive environments for children to grow in. I am very patient, understanding, dependable, and nurturing, while also being firm and consistent when it comes to rules, structure, manners, and respect. I believe children thrive best when they have both love and guidance. I strongly believe every child deserves the opportunity to simply be a child - focusing on school, maintaining good grades, exploring their hobbies, building confidence, and enjoying life without unnecessary stress or pressure. I always strive to create a comforting atmosphere where children feel heard, protected, encouraged, and cared for at all times . I take my responsibilities very seriously to provide a great healthy wok relationship with the parents.
