About Samiyah

Hi! I'm Samiyah :-) I am a professional nanny with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in K-6 Education and over 10 years of experience working with children in both educational and childcare settings. My background includes classroom teaching, daycare experience with infants as young as 6 weeks, and caring for multiple children at once in structured environments. I have extensive experience supporting children with autism, nonverbal communication needs, and other developmental differences. I also have a background coaching youth sports, which strengthened my ability to lead with patience, structure, and fun. I am a calm, nurturing, and reliable caregiver who balances gentle care with consistent boundaries. As an educator, I prioritize learning through play, emotional development, and age-appropriate skill-building. I am seeking a full-time nanny position where I can bring warmth, structure, and strong developmental support to a family.
