I'm a fun-loving college student who adores children, and they seem to love me just as much! Becoming a childcare provider was an easy choice for me, and I now have a year of experience under my belt. My favorite part of the job is creating new worlds for imaginative play, which can keep children occupied for hours. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. As for communication, I use the method preferred by the parents, whether that's verbal communication at pickup or regular text or phone call updates.
