Hello! I'm Sami, a professional musician with a background in music education, creative production, and working with artists and families. I genuinely love spending time with kids and enjoy creating a fun, engaging environment where they can be themselves, explore, and learn. I have experience teaching music to children and love incorporating creativity into childcare. I'm happy to support homework, school pickups, activities, meals, and everyday routines. I'm warm, patient, attentive, and dependable, and I'm especially good at adapting to different personalities and interests. I speak English and Japanese, and I'm LGBTQ+ friendly. My professional background has also taught me to be organized, responsible, communicative, and calm when things get busy. I recently moved to Fort Greene, Brooklyn and am looking to connect with a local family for part-time or ongoing childcare.
