Hello parents! My passion for supporting families and positively impacting children's lives inspired me to pursue this role. Within my experience, I've nurtured a patient, warmhearted, and reliable approach to childcare. I believe in open communication with parents, ensuring transparency and a shared understanding of their child's day. I prioritize aligning with parents' expectations and guidelines. I foster a fun environment that encourages physical and mental development for all ages. My comfort level extends to caring for up to three children, ranging from infants to preteens, in which I have experience with all. I'm comfortable in the kitchen/performing house duties. My dedication to safety is evident through First Aid Training/CPR Training. I have experience with the ups and downs of potty training. For years, I've also cared for a family member with special needs. That being said, I have an understanding of certain aspects that may need extra attention and I'm glad to do so
