Was in contact with Samara regarding our babysitting needs for a few days. We needed her to fill out some forms before she could start and she was agreeable to it. She was even in touch with some follow up questions, then all of a sudden she ghosted me. No text or call saying she changed her mind. I had stopped interviewing think we found a babysitter. I find ghosting so unprofessional. She seemed like a nice, mature young person but her behavior lacks professionalism.
