About Samantha

I'm an experienced childcare provider with love for kids and having fun. I am a former Public School Psychologist who has since made a bit of a career change but misses the joy and wonder of working with kids. I have worked for 15+ years as a babysitter, full time nanny, behavior therapist, special education provider, plus my role in schools. I worked with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm known for my patient and friendly demeanor, I am all about child-led play and will follow their minds with whatever they create and come up with. I'm comfortable caring for four+ children simultaneously and have experience with various age groups. I also have extensive training and experience with children who require higher levels of care, behavioral needs, and varying abilities (ranging from non-verbal/AAC use, with minimal self-regulation to completely independent). Also happy and comfortable watching kids outside the home and swimming.
