About Samantha

What motivated me to become a caregiver was helping care for my little brother after he was born when I was still in high school. I was involved in caring for his everyday needs, which gave me a real sense of responsibility. Although I wasn't his parent, I still considered him almost like my own, and that experience made me realize how much I enjoy caring for others. I'm currently in school to get my bachelors in science and nursing to become a RN. People usually describe me as humorous but also hard-working. I love making people smile, and I'm dedicated and loyal when it comes to what's important to me. I'm happy to communicate with parents however they're most comfortable, although I prefer sending a daily email update. I love being active with kids, whether that's playing outside, running around, or joining in whatever they're interested in. Arts and crafts are definitely also one of my specialties
