I'd describe my personality as bubbly, kind, and curious. I like working with kids because I love seeing the world through their eyes. Their enthusiasm for life is infectious! I'm looking for a job that is flexible, part-time, and fun. I am a college student at UCSB, so I am busy with classes and other extracurriculars, but still looking for ways to make money and engage with the local community on the side. I started working with kids when I was old enough to babysit! I have a younger sister and a lot of cousins. As the oldest granddaughter, I grew up as the impromptu babysitter. I also have experience life guarding, teaching swim lessons, and being a camp counselor. In my spare time, I like to hike, paddle board, camp, read, and play guitar! Kids tend to love be because I am a great story teller and awesome at building pillow forts. Plus, I am CPR and first aid certified, I don't smoke, and I have my own car.

Samantha is highly responsible, communicates in a timely manner and reliable! She is also incredibly fun and very kind. Her creativity and loving spirit makes her lovable by all! My daughter always shouts with joy when I tell her Samantha is going to hang out with her. She’s the best!
