About Samantha

Hi! My name is Sam, and I am a 27-year-old UCSB graduate currently based in downtown San Diego. In college I worked as a lifeguard and private swim instructor on campus, while also caring for a 4-month-old during the week. I've been taking care of children professionally since I was 16, from infants to teenagers. I am also familiar with special needs, as my little brother was diagnosed with autism at a young age, and I helped my parents with many aspects of his day-to-day. I love cooking, surfing, and music. I graduated with a BA in International Studies, speak conversational French, and play guitar. I grew up with cats and dogs and previously worked at a vet hospital in the Bay Area. I genuinely enjoy laundry and meal-prep, so I'm happy to help around the house! I am first aid/CPR certified, fully vaccinated, and have my own car and proof of insurance.
