I'd describe my personality as patient and understanding I believe in taking the time to listen to children, understanding their perspective, and addressing their needs with patience and empathy. I bring a vibrant energy to activities, encouraging children to explore, learn, and have fun in a positive and dynamic environment. Responsible because safety and well-being are my top priorities. Ensuring that children are supervised at all times and that activities are age-appropriate and safe I like working with kids because children are always curious, asking questions, and exploring the world around them. Working with them provides an opportunity for continuous learning and personal growth as individuals. I started working with kids when I was about 15 years old. My skills are First aid and CPR and Problem solving as a childcare provider is important you encounter various challenges, like resolving conflicts between children to addressing unexpected situations.
