With four years of experience, I've honed my skills in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children on a personal level, making learning and play enjoyable experiences. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents. I provide written daily reports and am always available for verbal communication at pickup, or through the parents' preferred method of communication. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable and consistent in my approach, ensuring a structured and disciplined environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children, as they encourage strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning in a fun and engaging way.
