About Samantha

Hi! My name is Samantha, I am a 27-year-old living and working in Boston with my dog Poppy. I began caring for children by volunteering at a local child day care, in my hometown then began working there as a part-time caregiver at the age of 16; I continued this throughout schooling as my love grew for each child and I found a spot where I felt most at home caring for them! Some of my experiences included, ensuring the safety of children ages six weeks to 12 years old. Including but not limited to, preparing and serving meals to children, aiding in their physical health, health and safety checks, etc. I most enjoyed having the ability and opportunity to engage with children during musical and recreational activities, actively and in various ways, based on their development levels and age groups. I became CPR and First Aid Certified a few years back as well. I currently work in health care at a local hospital in Boston. I am looking forward to connecting!
