About Samantha

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. My six years of experience have solidified my desire to support their well-being and independence. I have experience as a caregiver as well as a case manager for Elder Services before moving to Texas due to my husband's job. I'm a Certified Home Health Aide with First Aid Training, and I provide respite care, run errands, handle light housekeeping, prepare meals, and assist with medical management. I have experience with all ages and a multitude of experience with mobility and intellectual disabilities. I have years of additional dementia training. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and history. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with ease. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
