About Samantha

I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with two years of experience looking to make a difference in the lives of children and their families. My previous babysitting roles have shown me the positive impact I can have on children's development. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I know how to create a safe and nurturing environment for children. My approach to childcare is to follow the parents' lead and to communicate openly with them about their child's day and any issues that arise. I believe in positive discipline and in teaching children through play. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games and apps with children. I am comfortable caring for up to two children, ages 1 to 11. I have experience as a camp counselor at Perlman sleepaway camp. I am in the process of finishing my college degree. I am certified in First Aid and CPR training. I am able to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
