Sam was great. She watched our 12 month old daughter multiple times while our nanny was unavailable. We used her for full nine hour days. If we didn't already have someone, we would've loved to use her more. She's friendly and reliable. I was very comfortable leaving my baby in her care. She was also clean, which is much appreciated and very considerate.
