Hi there! I'm Samantha. I reside in Bristol RI and I have my whole entire life! I am currently a nanny in Portsmouth, RI to the best two little girls ever! I have been a nanny since right out of high school (17 y. o) and I have loved it ever since. I have worked with a handful of families for lengthy periods of time & I have also worked in two daycare settings, all while obtaining my associates degree at CCRI (graduated in 2018). I have experience with multiples and also caring for sick children/ adults as well. I love being a nanny and getting to be apart of children's growth. I think it's super cool that they can look back and know that they had a nanny that taught them a majority of what they know! The position with my current family is coming to an end sadly, so I will be looking for full time work starting July 6th. I take care of the laundry for both girls, cooked meals for both girls, have done mommy & me classes for activities, beach/zoo/park/museum trips, etc.

Samantha nannied for my daughters for 6 years (Sept 2015 - Aug 2021). I hired her from Care.com and we're so sad to have her go at the end of the summer! She's always punctual, trustworthy, and has great instincts about children. She's very thoughtful when it comes to ensuring children are thriving in an enriching environment, such as taking time each day to sing songs, sensory play, learning colors/shapes, etc. She also made sure she adhered to each of my daughters' routines as I had them on a set sleep-eat-play routine in the early months, and was incredibly helpful when it came to transitions like dropping down to 1 nap or bottle feeding, finger foods, etc. Sam is a hard working, respectful and wonderful person and you would be lucky to have her as a nanny!
