About Samantha

Hi! I'm Samantha, I live in Carmel, I'm 21, and I LOVE hanging out with kids! I like working with kids because they're creative and silly, and I hope to help give them the space and comfort to express themselves and learn in a safe environment. I've been working with kids for most of my life! I'm the oldest kid in my extended family so I've always been taking care of younger kids. I've also babysat and nannied for family friends for half my life! In my spare time, I like to write music. I also love drawing and, as lame as it sounds, cleaning/ tidying up/ organizing. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a go-with-the-flow type of person, but I care very deeply about justice and kindness. I'm easygoing and passionate, which I think is a combination that, while uncommon, had served me very well in my relationships with others. My skills include making meals with whatever food's around the house, entertaining through games and songs, and conflict deescalation/ resolution.
