Warm, experienced caregiver and former therapist with 10 years supporting families. I'm currently pivoting from over a decade as a mental health therapist to working in higher education. I'm a mom of two kids including a son with disabilities, and I specialize in postpartum care, first time parents and families of kids with disabilities. I provide in home child care and respite. I always meet first to discuss concerns, expectations, past caregiver experiences, and routines. I offer regular picture updates and welcome home cameras for peace of mind. I incorporate sensory play and simple psychoeducation informed by clinical and early intervention experience.
