About Samantha

Hello! I am passionate about working with children and plan to someday pursue a career working with children in hospital settings. I am fun-loving, patient, adaptable, and compassionate ready for any opportunity that crosses my path. You will find that I am a reliable, responsible individual that you can wholeheartedly trust with your little one's needs and safety. I have prior experience as a long term babysitter where I worked with two children for about 4 years. They were 1-4 and 5-8 during the time I cared for them. In that time I was able to hone my time management and conflict resolution skills. I responsibly cared for them and encouraged fun, creative activities as well as some positive, age appropriate learning. I ensured all emotional and physical needs of the children were met. I have a BA in Psychology and a minor in HDFS. I gained knowledge in child development and how to implement activities that were not only age appropriate, developmentally appropriate as well.
