About Samantha

I have been working with children for over 10 years in all sorts of capacities. I have a newborn baby boy (2 months) and am looking to have the baby with me, watching (and teaching) the children together. After all, kids learn best from one another especially with a facilitator and supervisor around! I have taught utilizing the Reggio Emilia approach, as have I taught in a traditional classroom. I am enthusiastic, high energy, and believe in spending time outdoors as much as possible. Exploration of nature is one of the greatest teachers! Likewise, having more than one child together at a time, especially of different ages, is another fantastic way to learn, grow, and develop. I plan to do a wide range of activities each day based on the needs and likes of the children!
