I used Samanta as a babysitter a few times a week for my children for about 3-4 months. She was very good with them; however, nearly every time she was late coming to our house. Sometimes it was only 6 or 7 minutes. Once it was 40 minutes late. Usually if she was late she would also stay longer to make up the time. This morning I texted her to let her know I had paid her for 15 minutes less due to leaving early a few times that added up to 15 minutes. I also mentioned that in general I didn't like her being late nearly every time and that it made me consider using someone else. She replied and said she understood and I was welcome to use someone else if I wanted. I said I preferred to keep her since my kids really liked her, but could she please try and be on time. Then she didn't show up to our agreed upon babysitting for today. I sent several texts and called her too. No reply. I hope she is ok. I assume she didn't like me telling her I didn't like it that she was late. I won't be using her again.
