About Salma

Hello! I'm currently a student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and will be graduating with my bachelor this coming May! When it comes to experience with kids I have worked with kids in so many different ways over the years. I have had the opportunity to work with children at nebraksa med as a patient attended and would sit one-on-one with the kiddos and be the extra set of help for the nursing team. I also had the opportunity to work with the NICU team at Bergen mercy and be a baby cuddles. Currently I'm working as a transport lead at nebraksa med and the way I work with kids in this position is help transport team around the hospital. The reason I would like to work with kids more is to expand my opportunity of helping others in different ways since I plan on becoming a nurse. When it comes to the kiddos know that no matter what I will always put their safety and wellbeing before anything and also make sure they are happy.
