Sally is Trustworthy. Respectful of my personal space, home and property. Prompt with time. Easy and enjoyable to be around. Puts her phone away/ doesn’t get on it. She is fully present and engaged with the kids the moment she walks in, to the second she leaves. She is loving, kind, and gentle to my kids. She has good values and moral character. She gets on their level to play and create. She is a great artist and loves to help the kids create doing art activities. She takes the time to read to the kids and slow things down when it’s quiet time, rather then putting on a show. She doesn’t do screen time. She values outside play time, getting the kids outside for a walk, park, or simple yard games. She is so good at cleaning and doing extra things that I’m needing, half the time without me even asking. She is keenly aware of the needs around her, both with the kids and the house needs. My kids absolutely love and adore being with her. She has become like family. We hope she finds a wonderful family who appreciates her as we have. I have four kids, they were the ages of 4, 3, 2, and newborn when Sally nannied for me.
