Currently I work as a nanny while pursuing a Child Psychology graduate degree at night with aspirations to become a licensed therapist. Over eight years, my career in childcare has evolved from early education to nannying, giving me experience with children as young as 3 months old to elementary aged children. As an early childhood educator, I spent seven years in various settings, ranging from art teacher, k-prep teacher, and an instructional coach. Becoming a nannying deepened my connections with families and allowed for personalized care. My motivation in both roles centers on the rewards of working with children, witnessing their growth and fostering a love for learning, and building their self-esteem and confidence. Sally, was wonderful with our 3 year old. I could tell she has a wealth of experience based on her ability to interest and communicate with our toddler. We really appreciate all her help reading, playing fun games, and taking our toddler out for a nice needed walk. Thank you Sally!!
