About Sally

I have 10+ years of experience caring for seniors and those with emotional/mental health issues. I've cared for patients with dementia, Lewy Body Disease, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Diabetes, and general mobility issues. I've also worked for two home health care agencies at which I had to pass skills and knowledge tests. I'd describe my personality as patient, thoughtful, kind, easy to get along with (although a little shy at first), and I have good communication skills. I like caring for others because I truly enjoy helping people. My skills include personal care, light housekeeping, medical mgmt, companionship, activities and light exercise, transportation, pet therapy, running errands, and grocery shopping. If desired, I'm happy to provide a description or log of what I do at each visit. In my spare time, I study complementary medicine such as herbs and acupressure, I do home repairs and improvement with my husband of 25 years, and spend time with my grand kids.
