I am a caring and responsible childcare provider with a background in Developmental Psychology and a degree in Rehabilitation Science. My education has given me a strong understanding of child development, behavior, and the importance of supporting children's emotional, social, and cognitive growth in a healthy way. I understand that every family has their own unique parenting style and way of raising their children. I deeply respect these differences and always aim to follow each family's values, routines, and expectations. I also appreciate the opportunity to learn from parents, as I believe childcare works best when there is open communication and mutual respect. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued, and supported. I want to be someone they can trust, an approachable and caring presence who encourages curiosity, positive behavior, and confidence as they grow.
