Shade was fun with my toddler, but unfortunately unreliable. Although she was excited about the agreed rate on interview day, she asked for a raise after two weeks, then quit after only four days of agreeing to stay two more weeks. Her references also never returned our calls. I wouldn’t recommend her. My child still talks about her, showing how attached children can become. Unexpectedly leaving can be confusing and upsetting, so consistency and reliability are essential.
