Sacia has been caring for our 19-month old son for a couple weeks now. She is incredibly flexible, understanding, and always willing to fit into the rhythm of our family! Our favorite thing is her communication. If she has a question, update, or is running even slightly late in unexpected traffic, she always lets us know. She impresses us with her patience and natural ability to handle our son's difficult moments, and knows how important this age range is. She makes sure to do all of his favorite things including playing outside, water play, looking for geckos, neighborhood walks. When she leaves for the day, our son hangs out by the door because he's sad to see her go. Sacia is an excellent caregiver and I would recommend!
