Sabrina was our nanny for eight years, until both our kids were in school full time. She continues to babysit our children regularly. I cannot say enough nice things about her. She is absolutely fantastic with our children. She is extremely interactive (e.g., getting down on the floor to play games) and very much focused on their development (e.g, improving language and motor skills). And, quite frankly, she is much better at getting my kids to behave than I am! Not only is she great with kids, she has really made our lives infinitely easier. She was always able to accommodate my working late or having to leave early. There were times when she stayed overnight with the kids when both my husband and I were away for business. In fact, she was the person we called in the middle of the night to stay with our son when I went into labor with my daughter. She also is a bit of neat freak and was constantly cleaning up after us and helping keep our home organized and running smoothly.
