About Ryn

Hi, I'm Ryn ("Wren.") I am originally from Charleston, SC. Since the age of 12, I have cared for children aged 3-months to 18-years; most recently a 10-month-old girl from January to April 2025. I took the American Red Cross Babysitting Course, was a twice certified Lifeguard, and hold a current CPR/AED/First Aid certification. When I was younger, I volunteered at an elementary school: reading to, doing arts and crafts with, and tutoring students. In 2019 and 2020, I served as a Regional Supervisor of Social Services for the nonprofit organization LifeSTEPS in Sacramento, CA; organizing and overseeing multiple After-School Programs. I like to foster fun, creativity, and engagement with the incorporation of art, literature, music, natural science, and outdoor activities. I enjoy cooking and cleaning and am happy to help with household chores. Fur babies are a bonus! I adore animals and have two of my own; cats, Bear and Tig.
