Hi, I'm Rylie! I have spent over a decade caring for kids and supporting new parents, with a special love and extra knowledge about infants and newborn routines. I'm trained in sleep training through Taking Cara Babies, infant CPR certified, and have plenty of experience as a full-time nanny for babies around 6 months-including helping a work-from-home mom. :) I grew up in Reno and earned my BS in Business Management from Portland State, and I truly love building long lasting relationships with families. Rylie started caring for my baby beginning at 6 weeks old. She is very natural and nurturing with her. She is skilled with feeding, swaddling, and soothing. I trust her with my most precious thing! She communicates well and sends photos and updates often. She also is supportive of our family, helping with various household tasks related to the baby’s care. She is pleasant to be around and I feel very comfortable having her in our space. I wish she were not moving!
