Ryley worked for our family for 7 months. When questioned about being on her phone while she was watching our child in our yard, she quit later that evening giving us no notice to find a replacement. Ultimately, this was for the best. As parents, we recognized somethings we didn't like and moved on to finding a better fit for our child.
