About Rylee

I'd describe my personality as fun, patient and understanding. I like working with kids because children ensures each day will be a unique adventure because kids are exciting and unpredictable, Helping children, and their families is the most rewarding job I can think of! I started working with kids when when I was about 16 years old, helping out family, and family friends with kids ages 0-11. In my spare time, like to read books and write in my journal. Reading helps me relax and increase my imagination and creativity. Writing for me is very important, so I have me thoughts organized and written out. I try to take at least at least an hour every day to make a new entry about home life, work or my goals! My skills include communication, patience, and problem solving. I need to be good speaking to provide direction or information effectively and good listening skills to understand parents' instructions.
