About Rylee

Hello! My name is Rylee, and I'm a sophomore in Early Childhood Education at Carlow University. I'm the oldest of 6 children, and 13 cousins I grew up seeing weekly. I also work at the Extended Day program on my campus. This experience has given me a wide range of knowledge about child development as well as learning instruction, learning through play, behavior management, and so much more. From homework to bedtime stories, I'm here to make every moment a learning opportunity. My priorities are: -Ensuring your children are having fun, while maintaining a safe environment -Building trust with both the children and the parents -Being reliable, punctual, and conducting clear, respectful communication -Customized care: no child is the same, and I am passionate about tailoring care to each child's unique personality and needs. Also, I will adapt to your own preferences and boundaries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone. Let's embark on this journey together!
