Hi! My name is Rylee, and I'm a BSN-prepared Registered Nurse with over 5 years of childcare experience. I've cared for children of all ages, including newborns, infants, and toddlers, and have experience managing multiple children at once. I currently work as an RN on a respiratory/telemetry medical-surgical unit and am BLS certified. During nursing school, I completed clinical rotations in Pediatrics, Labor & Delivery, and the NICU, giving me additional hands-on experience with newborns and children. I especially enjoy newborn and infant care and am interested in daytime or overnight opportunities. I'm comfortable with feeding, diapering, soothing, sleep routines, and providing attentive overnight care. I'm dependable, nurturing, safety-conscious, and would love to provide families with someone they can feel confident and comfortable trusting with their little ones!

Rylee is the absolute best— truly a gem of a person and a wonderful support to any family!! I worked with Rylee as a part time nanny for four months, initially to help with after school care for my toddler and then with my newborn baby when she was born. She was fantastic with my toddler, he had so much fun with her, and she took care of everything with ease (diapers, meals, snacks, bath, bedtime, etc.). When my daughter was born, Rylee helped with all things newborn care and even found feeding solutions when my baby wasn’t taking a bottle well. She bonded with my tiny newborn immediately and helped my toddler adjust to having a new sibling. She always listened to our preferences, communicated well, had a positive attitude, and was incredibly reliable (never late!) throughout the entire time we worked together. Her training as a nurse and her knowledge of babies and the postpartum experience are impressive. Add that to her warmth, instincts, patience, and kindness, she was truly invaluable to our family. Rylee truly loves what she does, and I will always feel so lucky to have had her support, especially as a slightly overwhelmed mom with two under two! I would recommend her to anyone. She is a treasure!
